- Embrace end-to-end ownership of the development process, from initial feasibility assessments and technical design through implementation, rigorous testing, deployment, and release.
- As the Principal full stack engineer, work in tandem with your colleagues to assess the feasibility and value of planned features, ensuring that each endeavor is aligned with our users’ needs.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role as Principal Full Stack Engineer, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field, along with substantial experience (10+ years) in full-stack responsive web application development.
- Proficiency in React and Express, with knowledge of Material UI.
- Mastery of modern web standards and technologies, including React, GraphQL, ES6, NodeJS, and Postgres.
- A strong sense of ownership, ensuring that our users’ needs remain at the forefront of every project.
- A passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and enhance the customer experience.
- Adaptability in a startup environment, capable of working independently and making decisions confidently.
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen appetite for learning.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
